THINKING BIG: Unveiling Public Art Projects
New exhibition featuring WATERSHED+

September 7 – December 23, 2012-09-12 at the Art Gallery of Calgary

Thinking Big: Unveiling Public Art Projects explores the creative energy, technical expertise and complex work required to execute a successful public art project.

The WATERSHED+ Water Fountains, which were launched in Calgary this past Canada Day long weekend, are featured as part of the exhibition. Visit the Art Gallery of Calgary to read about the process of creating the Fountains and for the next two week one of the Fountains will be installed and useable just outside of the Gallery for public use!

The exhibition is co-presented by the City of Calgary Public Art Program and the Alberta Craft Council, in partnership with the Art Gallery of Calgary.
